Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) is a 3rd generation digital cellular technology. It is quite popular in the highly competitive cellular service market. A speciality of CDMA is that it makes available more bandwidth without limiting the frequency range of individual users in the communications network. This facilitates more number of users to communicate on the same network at any given point of time.
