Carlos P Romulo

Carlos P Romulo (1899-1985), full name Carlos Peña Romulo, was a Philippine diplomat and soldier. He was the first Filipino to win Pulitzer Prize for reports on Japanese invasion of Southeast Asia during World War II. He also served the World War II under US General Douglas MacArthur.
