Charles Robert Maturin
Charles Robert Maturin (1782-1824), also Charles Maturin or C R Maturin in short, was an Irish Protestant clergyman, novelist, a poor curate in Dublin, where he died. He wrote "The Fatal Revenge" and other extravagant tales, and produced one successful tragedy, "Bertram," 1816.Nearby pages
