Chatham Island

Chatham Island is situated in the Andaman and Nocobar Islands, a Union Territory of India. It is located in the South Andaman district.

This island is famous for its saw mill, the biggest and oldest in Asia. This tiny island is connected by a bridge over a stretch of sea-water.

The main mainland-island harbour is also here while the other habour, named Haddo, is situated nearby.
