Clearing House
Clearing house is a department of an exchange or a separate legal entity that provides a range of services related to the clearance and settlement of trades and the management of risks associated with the resulting contracts. A clearing house is often central counterparty to all trades, that is, the buyer to every seller and the seller to every buyer.Clearing house is also an automated or manual system that controls and regulates transactions between distributed spatial data servers to meet the user requests and demands for spatial data.
A clearing house is also a house for interchanging the respective claims of banks and of railway companies.
