Climate is the weather condition of an area or region.

A region, in geographical studies, is an area of the Earth that has certain common characteristics. When we use the adjective climate before this word, we specify the region on the basis of the climate there, which include the composite or generally prevailing weather conditions of the region - as temperature, air pressure, humidity, precipitation, sunshine, cloudiness, winds etc throughout the year, averaged over a series of years. These general climatic conditions, when conceived as natural and applied to a region, we say it a natural climatic region. Thus natural climatic regions of the Earth are obviously classified on the basis of natural climates.
