Comte de Rochefort

Comte de Rochefort, (1830-1913), commonly known as Henri Rochefort, also Victor-Henri Rochefort, marquis de Rochefort-Lucay, was French journalist and violent revolutionary, who at first, distinguished himself as a supporter of the extreme left and later as a champion of the extreme right. He was deported for his share in the Commune in 1871, but escaped and was amnestied, and went back to Paris under eclipse.
