Demeter
Demeter (lit. Earth-mother), in Greek mythology, is the great Greek goddess of the earth, daughter of Kronos and Rhea and sister of Zeus, and ranks with him as one of the twelve great gods of Olympus. She is specially the goddess of agriculture, and the giver of all the earth's fruits. The Latins call her Ceres.Nearby pages
