Devantak
Devantak was a Rakshas, a son of Ravan the king of Lanka. In the Ram-Ravan battle in Lanka, when his brother Narantak was killed by Angad in the battlefield, Devantak charged at Angad. A fierce battle between the two took place in which Angad was injured. The Hanuman came to his rescue. Devantak attacked him with his mace, and then another fierce battle ensued between Hanuman and Devantak, in which Hanuman slew Davantak, and smashed his skull.Nearby pages
