Dharnidhar is an epithet of Vishnu the god of preservation in Hindu mythology. The Sheshnag. who serves as his bed, is also known as Dharnidhar, because the earth is on his shoulder. Dharanidhar is also an elephant in Hindu mythology who supports the earth.
