Dhirendra Chandra Das was a revolutionary freedom fighter of India. Born 1910 in Dum Dum Mymensingh, Bangladesh, s/o Late Jogendra Kishore Das. Belonged to Yugantar Party. Arrested in Sealdah Action but released on appeal to high court. Rearrested and sentenced to 7 years imprisonment under Arms Act. Escaped from Berhampur Jail, rearrested and deported to Andamans. Took part in second hunger strike. Total jail period more tahan 6 years.
