Don Ameche

Don Ameche (1908-93) was a leading US actor of the movies of the 1930s and 1940s. His original name was Dominic Felix Amici. After a long gap of 40 years, he made a comeback in the 1980s, in movies as Trading Places (1983), Cocoon (1985), and Cocoon: The Return (1989). He won Academy award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in Cocoon.
