Edward T Cook

Edward T Cook (1857- 1919), full name Sir Edward Tyas Cook, also E T Cook in short, was an English journalist, born at Brighton. He was educated at Oxford. He had been on the editorial staff of the Pall Mall Gazette and the Westminster Gazette, became, in 1893, editor of the Daily News. He was an enthusiastic disciple of Ruskin and also wrote "Studies on Ruskin".
