Erzgebirge

Erzgebirge, German name of the Ore Mountains, is a range of mountains lying between Saxony and Bohemia, ie along the Czech–German border, separating the historical regions of Bohemia in the Czech Republic and Saxony in Germany. The highest peak is the Keilberg, 4052 ft. It is rich in various metallic ores, especially silver and lead.
