Forres
Forres is a town and a former royal burgh in Elginshire, in Scotland, on the Findhorn, 2 miles from the sea and 10 miles southwest of Elgin by railway. It has ruins of a castle - once a royal residence - and a famous "Stan'in Stane," Sueno's Stone, 25 ft. high, placed in the year 900.Nearby pages
