FRANZENSBAD

FRANZENSBAD or FRANZENSBRUNN, a watering-place on the NW. frontier of Bohemia, 3 m. NW. of Eger; is 1460 ft. above sea-level, amidst a mountainous country; is much frequented by invalids for its mineral springs.
