!FRIDAY Friday is traditionally the sixth day of the week. However, it is now considered as the fifth day. This day is assigned to Venus, a planet of our solar system. The day is so called as consecrated to Freyia or Frigga, the wife of Odin. It is proverbially a day of ill luck. It is held sacred among Catholics as the day of the crucifixion, and the Mohammedan Sunday in commemoration as the day on which, as they believe, Adam was created.
