Gerard Audran
Gerard Audran (1640-1703) was a French engraver, the most eminent of a Audran family of artists, born at Lyons. He was the third son of Claude Audran. He engraved the works of Lebrun, Mignard, and Poussin. He did some fine illustrations of the battles of Alexander the Great.Nearby pages
