Glorified Clerk

Glorified clerk is a term used derogatorily for an officer serving in the Indian administrative service, because of the attitude adopted by such an officer is not found much superior to the clerks. Such an officer generally suffers from arrogance and impudence, the diseases that reduce his/her performance to such a low level that people start disliking him/her.
