GOTTFRIED KELLER

GOTTFRIED KELLER (1819-1890), distinguished poet and novelist, born in Zurich; his greatest remance, and the one by which he is best known, is "Der Grüne Heinrich"; wrote also a collection of excellent tales entitled, "Die Leute von Seldwyla".
