Hannes Olof Gösta Alfvén

Hannes Olof Gösta Alfvén (1908-95) was a theoretical physicist of Sweden who was awarded Nobel Prize for Physics in 1970 along with Louis Néel (1904-2000).

He made a great contribution in the field of controlled thermonuclear fusion.
