Havelock

Havelock is one of the islands situated in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, a Union Territory of India. It is located in the Bay of Bengal at only about 38 km northeast from Port Blair, the capital city of the UT. It is one of the populated islands in the Andaman group of Islands in South Andaman district with an area of 113 sq km.

This picturesque and beautiful island is an idyllic resort in the lap of virgin beach and, of course, yet unpolluted environment. This island is also known for the famous Radha Nagar Beach.

This island houses several beautiful white sandy beaches, rich coral reefs and lush green forests, transparent clean water, and pristine and serene island. It is fringed with green canopy of the rain-fed forests in the midst of the azure sea.

Radhanagar Beach, Vijaynagar Beach, Elephant Beach and Kalapather Beach are among the important beaches of this island.
