Heinrich von Ofterdingen

Heinrich von Ofterdingen was a famous Minnesinger, a class of German poets and musicians of the 12th to the 14th centuries. He was a legendary fabled Middle High German lyric poet mentioned in the 13th-century epic of the Sängerkrieg (minstrel contest) on the Wartburg.
