Hill ranges of Dumka in Jharkhand state of India preserve the beauty of nature in such a way that very few places can be compared with it. Running south from pakur to godda, the hill range of Dumka seen parallel & terminate in the Mangalbhanga hill. To the south east of Dumka is Ramgarh hills, farther west two parallel renges of hills are also stretched in an easterly direction from Masanjor to Ranibhal. The hill ranges include beautiful hillocks like Lagwa hill at Nonihat under which lies the Tatloi hot water stream , Hijla hill, Sapchala hill and Chuto pahadi. On the way to Rampurhat, there is a temple village Maluti.
