Himangshu Bhowmick s/o Late Nabakumar Bhowmick was a revolutionary of India. Joined Revolutionary party. Remained underground for about three years. Arrested on 04.04.1936 with bullet injuries. Sentence for life imprisonment to Andamans.Participated in second hunger strike in Cellular Jail. Repatriated in 1938 January.Released in 31st August 1946. Total jail period about 11 years.
