Hiramohan Chatterjee was a revolutionary freedom fighter of India. Born1914, Domsar, Faridpur, Bangladesh, s/o Late Raimohan Chatterjee. Belonged to Anusheelan Samity. Served prison term during the civil disobedience movement in 1930. Arrested in May 1931, in connection with Zilla School Action Case. Convicted to prison term of 7 years in August 1931. Deported to the Andamans in December 1932. Took part in the first hunger strike in Cellular Jail in May 1933 for 45 days. Repatriated in July 1937. Total jail period about 8 years and remained under restrictive order for about 2 years.
