Hot Spring at Sidpur in Pakur district of Jharkhand, India, is famous for a natural fountain of hot water. This fountain has a great religious importance too, especially for Sapa Hore tribe of the state. It is situated at the distance of about 8 kms from Pakuria Block headquarters. People of other communities have also a very pious view regarding this spring. Many of them take bath in this hot spring especially on the occasion of Makar Sankranti. People believe that the water of this spring has medicinal effect for certain skin diseases.
