Hugh Bourne

Hugh Bourne (1772-1852) was a British evangelist and revivalist, founder of the Primitive Methodists, and a zealous propagator of their principles. He was a carpenter by trade, and he appears to have wrought at his trade while prosecuting his mission, which he did extensively both in Britain and America.
