Hugo Black

Hugo Black (1886 — 1971), full name Hugo Lafayette Black, was a US senator and judge. He was a senator from Alabama during 1927 — 37, and served as Supreme Court associate justice during 1937 — 71. He is known as an advocate of the First Amendment rights.
