Ingmar Bergman

Ingmar Bergman (1918 — 2007), full name Ernst Ingmar Bergman, was a Swedish director of movies and theatre. He is known for using haunting imagery and symbolism. His notable films included 'Smiles of a Summer Night' (1955), 'The Seventh Seal' (1957), and 'Fanny and Alexander' (1982).
