Ischia

Ischia is a beautiful volcanic island in Italy, 6 miles off the Bay of Naples. Its scenery, climate, and mineral springs make it a health resort. It produces excellent fruits and wines. It is liable to severe earthquakes, one of such had occurred in 1883 in which 4000 persons were perished. The chief town of this island bears the same name.
