James Rice
James Rice (1844-1882) was an English novelist, born at Northampton, educated at Cambridge. He was designed for the law, but took to literature. He owned and edited Once a Week. He is best known as the successful collaborateur of Walter Besant in such popular novels as "The Golden Butterfly," "Ready-Money Mortiboy," &c.Nearby pages
