Jean Claude

Jean Claude (1619-1687) was a French Protestant controversial divine. He was a powerful antagonist of Bossuet and other Catholic writers, who was allowed only 24 hours to escape on the eve of the Revocation of the Edict of Nantes, though other Protestant ministers were allowed 15 days.
