!Karmatang Beach Karmatang Beach is in Andaman and Nocobar Islands, a Union Territory of India. This beach is also known as turtle nesting ground. It is situated at Mayabunder only at a distance of 13 km. It is about 240 kilometres by road from Port Blair, however, boats reduce this distance to 136 kilometres. The water is clean here. The waves are not too rough and sand soft under the feet.
