King Kothi Palace is in Hyderabad, a capital city of Andhra Pradesh, a state of India. This Kothi was built by one Kamal Khan and was acquired by the Nizam VII (1911 - 1948), the last ruling Nizam, who died on February 24, 1967 at the very palace. King Kothi Palace is a complex having three principal buildings, the main being used as hospital, and the Mubarak Mansion (Nazri Bagh) houses the offices of the Nizam's Private Estates (Sarf E Khas) are yet surviving. Usman Mansion was demolished in the early eighties and in its place a new hospital building is constructed by the State Government.
