Lachhmipur

Lachhmipur is in Banka district of Bihar in India. The village is situated about 29 km southeast of Block headquaters at Katoria on the river Chandan. It is noted as the erstwhile seat of the Rajas Lachhimipur, ruins of whose forts still exist.
