Lady Ho

Lady Ho (fl. 300 BC) was a Chinese poet, wife of Han P'in, and retainer of Duke Yuan of Sung, who arrested her husband and forcefully married her. So distraught did she became that she, after composing the poem The Song of Magpies, committed suicide by hanging herself.
