Louis François Roubilliac

Louis François Roubilliac (1693-1762) was a French sculptor, born at Lyons. He studied in Paris, and came to London. He executed there statues of Shakespeare in the British Museum, Sir Isaac Newton at Cambridge, and Händel at London.
