M F K Fisher

M F K Fisher (1908-1992), full name Mary Frances Kennedy Fisher, was a US writer who is well known for writings on food and travel. She was a founder of the Napa Valley Wine Library. She believed that eating well was just one of the "arts of life" and explored this in her writing. How to Cook a Wolf is among the most famous of her works.
