Madame Chiang Kai-shek
Madame Chiang Kai-shek (1897 - 2003) also known as Mayling Soong, (also spelled Mei-ling Sung), was a Chinese politician, sociologist, reformer, and educator. She was married to Chinese nationalist leader Chiang Kai-shek. She was an active politician who strongly affected US policy on China in the 1940s and 1950s.
