Mary Shelley

Mary Shelley (1797-1851), nee Wollstonecraft, was an English writer and novelist. She is best known for her work Frankenstein. She was daughter of suffragist Mary Wollstonecraft and political philosopher William Godwin. She was wife of poet Percy Bysshe Shelley.
