Nitya Ranjan Choudhury
Nitya Ranjan Choudhury was a revolutionary freedom fighter of India. He was born in 1906, at Balurghat, West Dinajpur, West Bengal. He was son of Lalit Mohan Choudhury. He studied up to matriculation. He belonged to Yugantar Party. He was arrested on 4th of August 1934 in connection with Tilon Action - West Dinajpur). He was sentenced to ten years prison term and thereafter deported to the Andamans jail. There, he took part in the second hunger strike in Cellular jail in July 1937 for 37 days.
