Oscar Arias Sanchez

Oscar Arias Sanchez (1941- ) was president of Costa Rica during 1986-90 and 2006-10. He was awarded Nobel Peace Prize in 1987 for his work to achieve peace in Central America, particularly in Nicaragua.
