Rakhal Chandra Dey was a revolutionary freedom fighter of India. Born 1901, Kharanduip, Chittagong, s/o Late Sharat Chandra Dey. Joined Yugantar Party in 1916-1918. Arrested in1925 in connection with DakshineshwarBomb Case and sentenced to seven year R.I. Later on was made an accused in the Bhupen Chatterjee Assasination Case and was senternced to transportation for life. Deported to Cellular jail, Andamans. First arrested in Chittagong Railway Action Case in 1918 or there about repatriated and release in 1938. Total jail period 14 years.
