Ram Chandra Das was a revolutionary freedom fighter of India. Born 28th September 1914, Yaridabad, Dacca, s/o Late Digendra Chandra Das, joined Yugantar Party. Arrested on 12th March 1931 in connection with Chrmuguria post office action. Sentenced to 7 years R.I. Deported to The Andamans. Joined both hunger strikes in Cellular jail. Repatriated in 1937. Released 1938. Remained underground during second world war. Total jail period 7 years.
