Red Auerbach

Red Auerbach (1917-2006), real name Arnold Jacob Auerbach, was a US basketball coach. He entered Basketball Hall of Fame in 1968. He, as a coach of the Boston Celtics (1950-66), led the team to National Basketball Association (NBA) championship nine times, from 1957 to 1966, with only one gap in 1958.
