Robert Blair
Robert Blair (1699-1746) was a Scottish poet and author, known chiefly as author of "The Grave," a thoughtful and cultured man, born in Edinburgh. He was minister of Athelstaneford, where he was succeeded by Home, the author of "Douglas." His poem has the merit of having been illustrated by William Blake.Nearby pages
