Robert William Billings

Robert William Billings (1813-1874) was a British architect, born in London. He was delineator of old historical buildings. His great work "Baronial and Ecclesiastical Antiquities of Scotland," was richly illustrated. He was engaged in the restoration of old buildings, as well as delineating them.
