Rose Bertin (1747 – 1813), full name Marie-Jeanne Rose Bertin, popularly known as Mademoiselle Bertin, was a celebrated French fashion designer, milliner to Marie Antoinette the Queen of France, famed for her devotion to her and as the dressmaker to her.
