Sanak is a sage according to Indian mythology.

He and his three brothers are the first progeny of Brahma during the present creation, and therefore the eldest of all creation. They are perpetual celibates and are still living in the abode of Brahma, their present age being calculated at about 1,950,000,000 odd years.
